Valdivieso is a top Chilean winery that started out as a sparkling wine producer and is the founder of sparkling wine in South America. Since its acquisition by the Mitjans Group in 1950, Valdivieso has been producing a wide range of wines on a large scale, while at the same time constantly improving the structure and complexity of its cava.
