The Tennessee Titans are a professional football team in the NFL's American Football Conference South (AFC South).The team was founded in 1960 as the Houston Oilers, then moved to Nashville and changed its name to the Tennessee Oilers before changing its name to the Tennessee Titans for the 1999 season. The team has won one AFC Championship and eight division titles.
