Song Hye Kyo

Song Hye Kyo (송혜교; English: Song Hye Kyo; a.k.a. Qiao Mei) is a South Korean actress born on November 22, 1981 in Daegu. She debuted in 1996 through a modeling contest and made her debut with the 2000 drama Blue Life and Death, which created a Korean drama myth and won her the popularity award at the 2001 Baeksang Arts Awards, the KBS Top Shot Award, and the Popularity Award. In 2004, she made a successful transition through the hit Korean drama "Romantic House".
