Moss Burger (fast food restaurant)

Mos Burger (English: Mos Burger; Japanese: モスバーガー) is a famous Japanese fast-food restaurant chain, was founded by Hoshi Sakurada, combining traditional Japanese onigiri food with the concept of a Western-style burger, using white rice pressed into the crust instead of bread to make burgers, and most of the fillings are made of traditional Japanese dishes such as teriyaki and fried burdock.
