Northrop Grumman was formed in 1994 by the merger of Northrop and Grumman. NORG is the world's fourth-largest weapons producer (2010 data) and the world's largest naval shipbuilder and radar manufacturer, and the company comprises the Information Services Systems Division, the Power Systems Division, the Aerospace Division, and the Shipbuilding Division. NORG's NORG Shipyard is the world's largest privately owned shipyard, capable of building Nimitz-class aircraft carriers.
