Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), the world's first publicly traded IT services company, was founded by Roy Nutt and Fletcher Jones in 1959 in the United States, headquartered in El Segundo, California; in 1963, it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. CSC provides outsourcing services, systems integration, financial/insurance core business software and IT consulting services in China.
