Reed Elsevier Group

The Reed Elsevier Group (Reed Elsevier; also known as Reed Elsevier) is a globally renowned publishing group that was formed in 1993 through the merger of Reed International PLC of the United Kingdom and Elsevier NV of the Netherlands, and is headquartered in London. The group has two subsidiaries, Reed Elsevier Group PLC and Elsevier Reed Finance BV, which are responsible for the group's publishing business and finance, treasury and insurance business respectively.
