LANXESS is a German chemical company founded in 2004 as a spin-off from Bayer AG and headquartered in Cologne. LANXESS develops and produces plastics, rubber, specialty chemicals and fine chemicals and is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB:LXS).
