Random House

Random House, the world's largest book publishing group, was founded in 1927 by Bennett Cerf and Donald Klopfer; in 1998 it was acquired by media services giant Bertelsmann and became a member of the group. Books published by Random House have won numerous literary awards, such as the Nobel Prize for Literature and the Pulitzer Prize.
