Omnicom Group

Omnicom Group is one of the four largest advertising groups in the world (the other three are WPP Group, Publicis Groupe, and Apex Group), and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: OMC). Founded in 1986, Omnicom Group is headquartered in New York, the business includes branding, marketing, public relations, market research, etc., under the banner of DBB, Horton Media, etc. In 2013, Omnicom Group announced a merger with Publicis Groupe, and then announced the cancellation of the merger in 2014.
