Kakao (카카라오) is a South Korean internet company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Jeju City, with its main product being the chatting application KakaoTalk.In 2015, Kakao Inc. acquired Path; and in 2016, it announced the acquisition of a 76.41 TP3T stake in LOEN Entertainment.
