International Petroleum Development Teishi Holdings Inc. (INPEX Holdings Inc.) is a holding company jointly established in 2006 by Japan's International Petroleum Development Company (INPEX) and Imperial Oil Corporation, which is engaged in the exploration and development, as well as supply and transportation of natural resources such as oil and natural gas, with operations in Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, the Caspian Sea region, Central America and South America.
