International Olive Oil Council

International Olive Oil Council (International Olive Oil Council; abbreviation: IOOC) is the executive and management body of the International Olive Oil Agreement, headquartered in Madrid, Spain, aiming at managing the global olive oil market, formulating standards for olive oil products, implementing technical cooperation, carrying out biological research, and publicizing and popularizing the knowledge of olive oil. The organization consists of a Council, a Special Committee, an International Arbitration Committee and an Executive Secretariat.
