GS Caltex

GS Caltex Corporation (GS Caltex) is a major refiner and producer of lubricants. Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company was initially established as a joint venture between the LG Group and Caltex Corporation of the United States, and was renamed GS Caltex after the reorganization of the LG Group. GS Caltex was ranked 239th in the 2013 Fortune 500 ranking.
