Rangers Football Club is a famous Scottish soccer team, founded in 1872, with its home ground at Glasgow's Ebrooks Stadium. The team has monopolized the Scottish top flight with city rivals Celtic for more than 100 years, and has won the top flight title a total of 54 times (as of 2012).Rangers were relegated to the fourth tier of the Scottish League C in 2012 due to debt problems. In 2012 Rangers were reorganized due to debt problems, and the team was relegated to Scotland's fourth tier, Scottish League C. However, the team has been promoted to the higher tier every year by a clear margin, and in 2014 was promoted to the Scottish Championship, one step away from the Scottish Premier League.
