Activision Blizzard (video game company)

Activision Blizzard (AB), one of the world's largest game developers, publishers and distributors, was formed in 2008 through the merger of Activision Inc. of the U.S. and Blizzard Entertainment, a holding company of France's Vivendi Group.In 2013, Activision Blizzard announced that it was buying back the shares held by its parent company, Vivendi Games, to become an independent game company. Activision Blizzard products include Call of Duty series, Warcraft series, World of Warcraft series, Diablo series and other famous games.
