Dangote Group

Dangote Group is one of the largest industrial groups in Africa, the African cement giant, founded in 1981, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Dangote Group started its business in cement trading, and later developed into a large-scale integrated enterprise involved in cement, sugar, flour, ports, real estate, telecommunications and many other fields. Aliko Dangote, the founder of Dangote Group, was ranked 23rd on the 2014 Forbes list of the world's richest people, with a fortune of $25 billion, making him Africa's richest man.
