Antonov Aeronautical Scientist/Technical Complex (English: Antonov ASTC; Russian: Авіаці́йний науко́во-техні́чний ко́мплекс і́мені Ол Е́га Анто́нова; Russian abbreviation: АНТК Антонов) is a Ukrainian state-owned aircraft manufacturer and transportation service company specializing in the development and manufacture of very large aircraft, named after aircraft designer Oleg Konstantinovich Antonov and founded in 1946 as the Antonov Designer of the Soviet Union. It was founded in 1946 as the Antonov Design Bureau of the former Soviet Union, and after the dissolution of the Soviet Union was transferred to Ukrainian ownership, with its headquarters in Kiev.
