Ameblo is a famous Japanese-language blog site under the Japanese website Ameba, which was founded in 2004, banned in 2010 and unbanned on March 13, 2012. The site contains the blogs and personal pages of a large number of Japanese celebrities, and as a result has a large customer base, making it the strongest rival to Mixi, Japan's largest social networking site.
