ACS Group

Spain's ACS Group (Actividades de Construcción y Servicios) is Spain's largest construction company, which is also involved in the telecommunications industry, and was formed in 1997 by the merger of OCP Construcciones and Ginés Navarro Construcciones. ACS Group was formed by the merger of OCP Construcciones and Ginés Navarro Construcciones in 1997 to form ACS Group, whose Chairman and CEO, Florentino Pérez, is also the President of Real Madrid. ACS Group was ranked 202nd on the 2013 Fortune 500 list.
