ACS-Gruppe

Die spanische ACS-Gruppe (Actividades de Construcción y Servicios) ist Spaniens größtes Bauunternehmen, das auch in der Telekommunikationsbranche tätig ist und eine Reihe von Fusionen hinter sich hat. 1997 entstand die ACS-Gruppe durch die Fusion von OCP Construcciones und Ginés Navarro Construcciones. Die ACS-Gruppe entstand 1997 durch den Zusammenschluss von OCP Construcciones und Ginés Navarro Construcciones zur ACS-Gruppe, deren Vorsitzender und CEO Florentino Pérez auch Präsident von Real Madrid ist. Die ACS-Gruppe wurde 2013 auf Platz 202 der Fortune-500-Liste geführt.
